I have been attending webinars given by the Benefact Group and they have been superb.  They are a dedicated giving organisation, supported by financial services, including insurance.  Their aim  is to be the biggest corporate giver in the UK (currently 3rd or 4th I think).

This is a big giveaway (£120K in £1K chunks), so please can you all nominate the Choir – and other charities dear to your hearts (you can nominate more than 1).

  • Leader sought for Lancaster choir

  •  Date Posted: Tue, 2 Apr 2024

We have received an email from the Millennium choir in Lancaster, who have yet to find a new MD from September. They currently have a temporary MD, who led them recently in a performance of one of his compositions at Lancaster Priory, which some of you may have seen; and they will be performing one of Andy Whitfield's compositions at their next concert (Andy set up the choir and wrote many pieces for the choir). The Millennium choir is a long standing community choir, and they are asking for word to be put out to anyone who may be interested in the role.
